CREDITING & LICENSING POLICY

CREDITING

We allow downloaders of our music to use our music for non-commercial purposes so long as proper credit is provided in verbal and/or written form. Some examples of ‘noncommercial purposes’ include:

  • Youtube videos

  • Unsponsored social media content

To provide “proper credit” on Youtube, please include the following links in the description of your video:

To provide “proper credit” on a social media platform such as Twitter or Instagram, please include our handle (see above) for the relevant platform being used.

LICENSING

For inquiries regarding using and licensing Eventide’s music for commercial purposes, please reach out by contacting us as described in the below “Contact” section.

Whenever our music is played in a public setting, you are required by law to comply with Performance Royalty Laws. For more information on licensing for this purpose, click here.

We reserve the right to forbid the usage of our music in any form of content, whether or not proper credit is provided. To avoid the trouble of cease and desist orders and/or copyright infringement charges, please comply with these crediting & licensing guidelines.

This privacy policy sets out the basis on which any information (which may include personal data, as defined in data protection law) we collect from you, or that you provide to us, through this website, application or service (the “Site”) will be processed by us.
